South Bay Scoop respects your privacy. We only collect the information needed to provide pet waste removal service: your name, contact details, service address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
Your data is stored in our Supabase database and is accessible only to you and our staff. We never sell your information.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@southbayscoop.com.
