By booking service with South Bay Scoop you agree to these terms. Service is billed on a recurring monthly plan or as a one-time cleanup, charged via Stripe.
Cancellation. You may pause or cancel at any time from your dashboard — no cancellation fees or contracts. Recurring payments stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Access. You agree to provide safe access to your yard. If our technician cannot access the property, the visit may be skipped and rescheduled.
Liability. We handle pet waste carefully but are not responsible for pre-existing lawn conditions. Report any concerns within 48 hours of a visit.
