FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I have my yard cleaned?
Most families choose weekly service — it keeps the yard fresh between mows and prevents buildup. If you have multiple dogs or a small yard, twice-weekly keeps it pristine. Many customers switch to weekly after one-time cleanups.
Do you service multiple dogs?
Yes! We price by the number of dogs (1, 2, 3, or 4+). More dogs just means a higher base price — no surprises.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we have access to your yard (open gate, or gate code/instructions on file), we clean and leave. We never enter your home.
Do you enter fenced yards?
Yes. We'll need gate access. Most customers share a gate code, give us a key to a latch, or leave an unlocked gate. We always re-secure gates behind us.
What happens if it rains?
We service rain or shine. In heavy rain we may reschedule to protect your lawn, and we'll always notify you and make up the visit.
Can I pause my service?
Absolutely. Pause and resume from your dashboard at any time, with no fees. Good for vacations or long trips.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your dashboard or just email us.
Do you clean dog runs?
Yes. We clean yards, dog runs, kennels, and any outdoor pet areas.
Do you remove waste from multiple areas?
We cover the whole fenced yard — front and back — as part of your service.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes! Great for spring cleaning, new move-ins, or getting caught up. Book a one-time cleanup from the booking page.
What happens if my gate is locked?
If we can't get in, we'll text or call you. We'll try to work out access — if we can't, we'll mark the visit skipped and reschedule.
